The challenges awaiting you

Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, your main task is to ensure the proper planning and coordination of projects for the various product lines, while taking into account the customer's manufacturing capacities and deadlines.

  • Act as a communication link between customer requests and the various departments, including production;

  • Start and maintain the structure in the management system throughout the project;

  • Monitor project progress and communicate results to stakeholders;

  • Be responsible for improving project management procedures, ensuring their application, evaluating them and proposing modifications where necessary;

  • Demonstrate initiative and participate actively in interdepartmental processes in the project life cycle;

  • Coordinate and schedule shipments for various projects, including supplier returns;

  • Prepare documents associated with various deliveries for inclusion with equipment and for carriers (manual, delivery note, etc.).


Do you recognize yourself?

  • Experience in a production environment and in project management;

  • Basic knowledge of electrical protection equipment;

  • Training in project management (asset);

  • Excellent time and priority management skills;

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English;

  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and adapt to unforeseen circumstances;

  • Strong teamwork skills;

  • Autonomous, proactive and problem-solving.
