Daily Routine:

Under the supervision of the Director of Testing and Certification, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating testing activities to ensure the optimum quality of our products.


  • Rigorously apply safety measures to protect self and others in test areas;

  • Perform various tests, mainly electrical checks and inspections of units, including partial discharge tests, HIPOT, polarity, resistance measurements, and functional tests;

  • Perform type and routine tests on medium-voltage (MV) and low-voltage (LV) switchgear, in accordance with applicable IEEE and IEC standards;

  • Understand and apply established test procedures;

  • Inspect units during production to ensure assembly conforms to quality standards;

  • Identify non-conformities, write detailed reports and ensure traceability;

  • Read and interpret control, electrical and mechanical diagrams;

  • Prepare test documentation in compliance with departmental standards;

  • Perform on-site electrical and mechanical troubleshooting;

  • Prepare and calibrate instruments for calibration campaigns;

  • Update test instrument calibration records;

  • Handle tools and instruments specific to the test area;

  • Collaborate actively with various internal and external parties;

  • Intervene on customer premises to provide technical support and resolve non-conformities.


Profile required: College diploma (DEC) in electrical engineering or at least 2 years' relevant experience in a related electromechanical field;

  • Good command of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.);

  • Excellent command of written and spoken French;

  • Strong collaborative spirit and proven aptitude for teamwork;

  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively, with a strong sense of responsibility.
